How do you pack prints for shipping?
Every framed piece ships flat in a double-wall rigid cardboard box, sized to the framed dimensions plus 2" of padding on every side. Foam corner protectors shield the frame edges. Acid-free tissue separates the glass from any foam or cardboard to prevent surface transfer.
Unframed prints ship in rigid mailers up to 18×24 and in oversized flat boxes above that size. We never ship framed or fine-art prints in mailing tubes — rolling a fine-art giclée creates creases that don't fully relax back out even with re-flattening.
Canvas orders ship in custom-sized boxes with the canvas stretched on its frame, corner-protected and stiffened.
Our transit damage rate is under 0.5% on framed orders. If your package arrives damaged, document it with photos and email us within 7 days — we'll send a replacement with expedited shipping.
