Processing time
- AI generation: instant — you see and approve the preview before checkout.
- Unframed prints: ship within 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Framed prints: ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation (frames are built to order).
- Gallery sets (3+ pieces): 5–7 business days.
International
We currently ship to the United States only. Canada, the UK, and EU are coming soon — if you'd like to be notified when international shipping opens, drop us a note at hello@portraits.com with your country.
Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking the moment your order leaves our facility. If tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, email support@portraits.com and we'll chase it for you — no need to open a ticket anywhere.
Packaging
Unframed prints ship in rigid mailers with corner protectors and a sleeve of acid-free tissue. Framed prints ship in double-wall corrugated boxes, suspended inside a foam cradle so the frame and glazing move as one unit. We use 100% recyclable materials where possible — no foam peanuts, ever.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph the box and the piece within 7 days of delivery and email support@portraits.com. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — you don't need to return the damaged piece. See our returns page for the full process.
PO boxes and APO/FPO
PO boxes are supported for unframed prints only (USPS size limits). Framed orders require a street address. APO/FPO military addresses are welcome for all unframed sizes up to 18×24; allow an extra 5–10 business days.
