Is my prompt private?

Your creative input is yours. We don't use customer prompts, uploaded photos, or generated images to train our models. We don't display them in public galleries or use them in marketing unless you explicitly opt in.

Internally, prompts are stored associated with your account for reprint and customer-service purposes. You can request deletion at any time via account settings or by emailing us. Uploaded reference photos are automatically purged from our systems 30 days after the order ships.

This matters especially for sensitive subjects — memorial pet portraits, family photos, commissioned work for specific people. We treat those the way a traditional portrait studio would treat negatives: your asset, your control.
