About Portraits

Customer Happiness at Portraits isn't a ticket queue — it's a craft. Many of our orders are emotional: memorial portraits, wedding gifts, first-home pieces. You'd be joining a small CX team that handles every interaction with care and treats customer feedback as our fastest product-improvement loop.

What you'll do

  • Respond to customer emails and chats with clarity and warmth.
  • Coordinate with production on reprints, swaps, and special-handling requests.
  • Own the end-to-end resolution of issues — including following up after they're fixed.
  • Log, tag, and report patterns in customer feedback to the product team weekly.
  • Write and maintain our help center content.

What you have

  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles at a consumer brand you were proud of.
  • Excellent written English; our support is text-first.
  • Calm, patient, resourceful — emotional intelligence is the job.
  • Comfortable with shared inboxes and modern CS tooling.
  • Ability to work a Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu schedule, as needed.

Compensation & benefits

Base salary: $62k–$78k (USD), depending on experience and location.
