Guarantee Policy
A guarantee policy defines what a seller promises about product quality and remedies if the product fails to meet expectations.
A guarantee policy (or "satisfaction guarantee") is the seller's commitment to the buyer about the product's quality, and what happens if the product disappoints. Common formulations include "100% satisfaction guarantee," "free reprint if you're not happy," or "lifetime replacement against defects."
Policies vary widely in what they actually cover. Some cover only manufacturing defects; others cover subjective dissatisfaction; a few cover damage in transit or even customer error. Read the fine print.
Our policy: if you're not thrilled with the print, we'll reprint it or refund you — no restocking fees, no return shipping on defects. We absorb the risk because we believe it produces better decisions at the ordering stage and a healthier long-term relationship.
