What's the highest-quality frame you offer?
Our frame lineup goes from "clean and minimal" to "museum-grade." The top of the line is a solid-hardwood float frame — milled from a single piece of walnut, oak, or maple — with museum acrylic (UV protection and anti-glare coating) and an acid-free 100% cotton mat.
The hardware includes archival hinges, D-ring hangers, and a sealed dust cover on the back. Every component is rated for 75+ years of stable display when kept out of direct sunlight.
It's more expensive than our standard frame ($40–$120 depending on size, vs $25–$80 for the standard). For anchor pieces — wedding gifts, memorial portraits, anything you plan to pass down — we recommend the upgrade. For pieces that might rotate out in a few years, the standard frame is excellent value.
